Subscription

Subscriptions are auto-renewable. You can manage or cancel your subscription in:
Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policy.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly inside the app:
Settings > Account > Delete Account

All associated data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

FAQ

I cannot log in.

Please verify your email and password. If you signed up using Apple or Google login, use the same method to sign in. If the issue persists, please contact support.

My subscription is not activated.

Please tap “Restore Purchase” inside the app. Ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the subscription.

I forgot my password.

Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen to reset your password via email.

How do I delete my study data?

Individual study logs can be deleted within the app. For complete data removal, delete your account from: Settings > Account > Delete Account.
